Arbitration Services

     Our engagement in all cases is neutral, with a focus on listening carefully to all parties involved and assisting in reaching a meaningful, non-partial resolution. Arbitration hearings can be held in an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) office within the courthouse, in a law office, or in a venue selected by our office.

     All parties have a right to have an attorney present in the hearing to represent them and their interests. Our goal is to provide a discreet, confidential arbitration setting in which to resolve the case before us.

​

     The arbitration hearing will constitute an official proceeding and parties may submit various types of evidence (e.g., testimony, transcripts, financial documents etc....) upon which the arbitrator may rely in making a final determination in the matter. The arbitrator’s determination will be submitted to the court as a final order.
