Arbitration Services

Our engagement in all cases is neutral, with a focus on listening carefully to all parties involved and assisting in reaching a meaningful, non-partial resolution. Arbitration hearings can be held in an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) office within the courthouse, in a law office, or in a venue selected by our office.

All parties have a right to have an attorney present in the hearing to represent them and their interests. Our goal is to provide a discreet, confidential arbitration setting in which to resolve the case before us.

The arbitration hearing will constitute an official proceeding and parties may submit various types of evidence (e.g., testimony, transcripts, financial documents etc....) upon which the arbitrator may rely in making a final determination in the matter. The arbitrator’s determination will be submitted to the court as a final order.
